Welcome to Lucy Addison! I'm a Special Education teacher in my third year at Lucy Addison Middle School in 2022-2023. I support students in the seventh grade, including some of our virtual students. There is a lot of laughter, fun, and hard work at Lucy Addison, and we welcome you.
I grew up in a small town in the mountains near Charlottesville, Virginia, and I have also lived in Washington DC, Illinois, and Wisconsin. I moved to Roanoke in 2018, and I love the mountains, Amtrak, the bookstores, and the small coffee shops that make Roanoke a great city to live in. I enjoy spending time with my family, our golden retriever Elrond, science fiction, K-Drama, cooking, and driving on the parkway with the windows down. I truly enjoy talking with parents of my students, so please call the school and ask for me!
