Parents, Please be sure to sign and send back all forms from the packet given to your student at the beginning of school. These include Emergency Cards, Nurse/Clinic forms, Device Agreements, Acceptable Use Policy and Media Release forms. Student will not be given a Chromebook unless they have their Device Agreement and Acceptable Use Policy forms signed or a device still checked out from a previous year.  
These forms may also be filled out online in ParentVue.
